Bleach Episode 247 Review
Last week you saw the events leading up to Ichigo and the gang going in with the plan to save Captain Yamamoto. This episode, you find out a lot more than you possibly THOUGHT you knew, but throws a completely different reason at you. Oh yeah, Bleach 247 literally threw in some M. Night Shyamalan twist to the whole “Rebellion” and tells you…well…how about you watch the show to see this twist.
Anyways, this episode definitely wasn’t a filler, it was a progression that made you think of the many possible ways this arc is going to go now. Muramasa (a Zanpakutou himself) reveals his plans to not only the Shinigami’s who are there to save Captain Yamamoto, but to the Zanpakutou’s as well in attendance. Before that, the Soul Reapers that were with Ichigo at first, were all split up and fighting Zanpakutou’s who were pretty much holding back. Now, I understand the point in having this arc (not really, but its really crazy and awesome) but, that twist was something they could have saved for at least next episode. I thought I would see a full fledged fight break out, which it kinda did but it wasn’t a big fight.
In the end, this episode was the answer to a lot of questions that had been asked at the near beginning of this arc. Now that those questions are answered to why this happened, its time to wonder where they go from this point on. I personally want to see Muramasa get his ass kicked right now, but that will have to wait. Watch it, enjoy it, watch Ichigo in hollow form!

Quite interesting, quite interesting in deed. So Muramassa finally got a hold of the most powerful zanpakutou in soul society. I am wondering how in the world they will defeat him. It looks like Kenpachi’s zanpakutou wont manifest since Muramasa got what he was looking for. I really wanted to see it. Maybe Mayuri and Urahara might come up with a theory on how to stop Muramasa.
