Green Ranger Morphs Into MMA Fighter

My childhood just got a little more badass. Everyone remembers The Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers. The most angsty, racists, hilarious, and action packed kids show of the 90’s. Five kids picked by a giant test tube head to defend the Earth against an old lady who escaped her trashcan prison on the moon. Eventually the hobo villain queen Rita Repulsa gets tired of getting her ass handed to her by the rainbow colored (NO THEY ARE NOT GAY!) heroes and decides to have her own power ranger. You got to remember, this crazy lady use to make monsters out of clay. No one taught me how to make monsters out of wet dirt in my ceramics classes. In Rita’s attempt to have her own Power Ranger she instead makes one of the most bad ass and memorable characters in the series.
Over the weekend you may have read something about the actor Jason David Frank aka Tommy the Green Ranger. If you haven’t heard then here is a news flash: Tommy is stepping into the world of MMA. We normally don’t post sports news around here but when you find out the Green Ranger is going to actually be able to kick someones ass it’s like hearing Optimus Prime got into a fight with Jesus and won. Many remember Tommy as being somewhat of a skinny guy. Well just take a look to the left to see what this Putty ass kicker turned into. Here is what Jason David Frank had to say about his step into the cage:
Please support my fights, and I hope I put on a good show. It won’t be any putties or monsters at the end of my fists and feet. It’s going to be for real this time.

Actually he has already had some MMA fights and I believe he’s won pretty much all of the ones I’ve seen. If you look around he even beat on Jose Canseco a bit.
Last I heard, he did Muy Thai stuff. He signed with an actual MMA company now. And I can’t wait. He’s a beast, as long as he wears that green ranger outfit.

No seriously, fucking badass. I’m watching him beat the fuck outta other fighters. And then shift into Turbo when someone tries to fight back.
I wouldn’t say he was skinny, however he was a little slender (especially compared to now).
Should be interesting. I feel sorry for whoever had to fight him. Jason Frank already had a guaranteed fanbase rooting for him already.
