No More Wii for No More Heroes?

nomoreheroes

With every major console player now having a motion sensor device it seems like No More Heroes Director Goichi Suda is weighing his options with the rock star-esque sword action title that became a must own for any Wii owner. Edge Magazine recently sat down with Grasshopper Manufacture CEO and he had this to say regarding the future of the franchise:

“I think this is the last NMH that is going to be developed on Wii. To expand NMH to new possibilities, we need a new platform. Wii is a great platform, but we’ve done everything we can with it now.”

We all know that even though its competitors have major fire power “under the hood” the Wii is the dominant console in the market based on sales. With so many consoles in households it is a surprise to see a developer more concerned with the growth of their franchise instead of the growth of their wallet. Hopefully Sony or Microsoft can deliver on their motion sensor projects that would allow for the franchise to grow.

  1. I agree. With Sony/Microsfot really going deeper into motion-sensing, I see no reason why they shouldn’t bring it to the PS3/360.
