Oh Hey Look Even More Law Suits Today

Well well well it looks like even more people are filing law suits against Microsoft and now Nintendo is getting thrown into the mix.

First Microsoft is getting sued by the same person who once tried to sue Sony for banning him from accessing the Playstation Network because he was trolling people on Resistance. With the court throwing out his case Erik Estavillo is now trying to sue Microsoft over the Red Ring of Death.

Mr. Estavillo can’t afford the $100 fee to fix his Xbox 360 so he is asking for $75,000 from Microsoft because the system’s breakdown has caused him to “undue stress.”

Also, Mr. Estavillo has Nintendo in his cross hairs because the latest Wii update disabled his Homebrew Channel. He was using the Homebrew Channel to pirate Super Mario Galaxy so that he could unlock a character in Mario Kart Wii. Erik Estavillo wants $5,000 from Nintendo because disabling his ability to pirate games is stopping his “pursuit of happiness” of unlocking cross game characters. Oh and he believes that Nintendo forces customers to buy games to unlock characters in other games, hence justifying his piracy.
