Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition Officially Announced

Capcom officially announced today the Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition that contains all the additional DLC released, plus the upcoming Lost in Nightmares, Mercenaries Reunion, costumes and another TBA episode.

Released on March 9, 2010 the game will be available for purchase as a stand alone Blu-Ray disk for the PS3 and a DVD with a token for the downloadable content for Xbox 360. The game will retail for $49.99 for both systems.

However, if you don’t feel like buying the game all over again you can just download the DLC. Lost in Nightmares and Costume Pack 1 will be released on February 17 and 18 for 360 and PS3. The TBA episode along with Costume Pack 2 will hit on March 3 and 4 for 360 and PS3.
